Marain (“we”, “us”) is an AI consulting and automation firm. This notice explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, marain.space.

• Information you give us. When you email us or book a call, we receive your name, email address, and anything you choose to share about your needs.
• Booking data. Calls are scheduled through Cal.com, which processes the details you enter to confirm the meeting.
• Usage data. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate traffic. It does not identify you or track you across other sites.

To respond to your enquiry, schedule and prepare for calls, deliver and improve our services, and keep the site secure. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to train AI models.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business — currently our hosting and analytics provider (Vercel) and our scheduling provider (Cal.com) — and only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information where required by law.

Our analytics are cookieless. The embedded Cal.com scheduler may set cookies necessary for booking when you interact with it; you can decline by emailing us to book instead.

We keep enquiry and booking information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and to meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete it.

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us at the address below.

We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above.
