AI-assisted deal authoring inside a revenue-operations platform

A pasted brief becomes a structured, priced deal

July 15, 2026

The most useful AI rarely looks like a chatbot. It looks like a step in a workflow that used to be slow, now being fast.

This is a two-sided platform for a multi-brand media business. An operations team authors a catalog of sellable inventory — properties, audience segments, pricing rules, deal templates. Sellers then build deals against that catalog: counterparties, line items, pricing, lifecycle stages, and exports.

Where the AI lives

Sellers can paste a plain-language brief — the kind that arrives in an email — and get a structured first-draft deal back: the right line items, sensible pricing, the correct shape. They edit from there instead of starting from a blank form.

The model is reached through a typed AI SDK and constrained to the platform's own catalog, so its output is grounded in real, sellable inventory rather than invention.

Why it matters

This is public/hybrid AI doing quiet, valuable work inside a real product used every day — turning an unstructured brief into structured, reviewable output, with a human always in the loop.
